This plugin aims to make access to your knowledge base as easy as possible. It provides a new enhanced FAQ custom post-type and a topic/thematic taxonomy, so that your questions can be well organized.

1. 01Upload faqtastic to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. 02Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress admin
3. 03Go to FAQs menu
4. 04Add some questions/answers and assign them to thematics if needed
5. 05Display them in a page using a query loop or the given pattern
6. 06Go to the site editor and add the chatbot block in the header or footer in order the make it available in the whole site
