FormGent uses the Appsero SDK to collect diagnostic and usage data only after an administrator explicitly allows it through the WordPress admin notice. This information helps us troubleshoot problems and improve the plugin.

The collected information can include the site URL and name, the administrator’s name and email address, WordPress and server environment details, user and plugin counts, the FormGent version, and the site’s public IP address. FormGent does not send this telemetry before consent.
