Fillable Documents – forms that turn into finished letters
Visitors fill it in on your page and leave with a finished, beautifully set document — for each guest, each employee, each student. A wedding invitation with the guest’s name and table, a 13th-month pay request letter with the employee’s own numbers, a certificate with the student’s name. Not a form
Visitors fill it in on your page and leave with a finished, beautifully set document — for each guest, each employee, each student. A wedding invitation with the guest’s name and table, a 13th-month pay request letter with the employee’s own numbers, a certificate with the student’s name. Not a form that ends in “Thank you, we received your answer”, and not a blank file to download and retype. Sent through Layers, the document also tells the sender when it was opened (Layers Pro).
Earn 30% of payments from visitors you send. Add your Layers partner code in Settings → Fillable Documents. If a visitor who came through your page subscribes to Layers Pro, you receive 30% of each of their payments for as long as they keep paying. No amounts are promised: you earn only from real payments, and you never receive the visitor’s contact details.
Two ways to use it:
- Your own Layers form. Build the form in Layers, attach your document template, publish, and paste the form link into the block or the shortcode [layers-doc form="https://app.layers.md/p/…/forms/…"] . Each answer becomes that person’s own finished document.
- A document from the free Layers catalog. Pick a Word letter, an Excel calculator or a PowerPoint presentation in the block editor; visitors fill it in, print it or download it. No sign-in, no app to install.
The frame grows with the document, so nobody scrolls inside a small box. Under the document there is only a quiet line: Print · Download.
What your visitors can do
- Fill in a letter or form right on your page: names, dates, amounts, the details of their case.
- Use a live Excel calculator. They change the input cells and the totals update as they type.
- Edit a presentation. A pitch deck, a lesson or a report: they change the slides and download .pptx or a PDF.
- Print it or download it as a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file they can send, sign or keep.
- Do it on a phone. The light “web page” view is made for small screens.
- Keep their copy private. Each visitor gets their own copy in their browser session; other visitors never see it. Saving a copy to a free Layers account is optional.
