OutboundCalls – AI Instant Callback

Leads go cold in minutes. OutboundCalls calls them back right away with your AI voice agent, which qualifies the lead, answers questions and books a meeting.

You need an OutboundCalls account with a voice agent, a phone number and call credits.

External services

This plugin connects to the OutboundCalls API (https://outboundcalls.ai/api/v1/) from your WordPress server, using the API key you enter:

• In the settings page, it reads your account (GET /me) and your voice agents (GET /agents) to show them in a list.
• When a visitor submits the “Call me now” form and ticks the consent box, or when a Contact Form 7 form is sent with this option switched on, it sends the phone number and the selected agent to OutboundCalls (POST /calls) so the AI agent calls that number. The visitor’s name is not sent.

Nothing is loaded from OutboundCalls in the visitor’s browser. The service is provided by Syntranova AL Ltd (OutboundCalls): Terms of service , Privacy policy .

You are responsible for having the caller’s consent and for following the calling rules of your country (for example GDPR in the EU, TCPA in the United States).

1. 01Install the plugin from Plugins → Add New and activate it.
2. 02Create an OutboundCalls account at https://outboundcalls.ai/, set up a voice agent and a phone number.
3. 03In your OutboundCalls dashboard create an API key (Settings → API Keys).
