Privacy

Prescription files are uploaded to RxCompliant’s secure servers for AI analysis. Files are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and are never publicly accessible. RxCompliant does not share prescription data with third parties. See our privacy policy .

External services

This plugin requires an active connection to RxCompliant (API base: https://rxcompliant.com/api and https://rxcompliant.com/api/wc for WooCommerce-specific endpoints).

• What is sent: Prescription uploads (e.g. PDF, JPG, PNG), product identifiers, store URL, and optional customer email/name when available—only as needed to verify the prescription and link it to the order.
• When: Data is transmitted when a shopper uploads a prescription, when staff use the in-admin dashboards (Prescriptions, Reports), and when the store validates cart/checkout state.
• Who: Data is processed and stored by Seztech Inc. on RxCompliant infrastructure (see Privacy Policy and Terms of Service ).
• Account: Merchants need a free or paid RxCompliant account and an API key from rxcompliant.com; the plugin cannot verify prescriptions without it.
