Getting started.
- 01Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/spraynt-markdown-to-html directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
- 02Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- 03Create or import a post with Markdown content (e.g., from n8n or another AI tool).
- 04The plugin will automatically render Markdown into HTML when displaying the post.

Does this plugin support custom post types?
Yes. It hooks into the_content filter, so any post type using standard WordPress content rendering will be supported.
Will it break existing HTML content?
No. The plugin only processes Markdown syntax. Existing HTML is preserved.
Can I disable Markdown rendering for specific posts?
Yes. You can add a custom field _disable_markdown with value true to skip processing.
