- 01Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/advanced-maps-block directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
- 02Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- 03Aquire a Google Maps JavaScript API key from the Google Cloud Platform Console . Ensure the API key has the “Maps JavaScript API” and the “Geocoding API” enabled.
- 04Add the “Advanced Map Block” to any page or post using the block editor. The block will prompt you for your API key. You will only need to add the API key once and will be able to add as many Advanced Maps Blocks as you need after adding the API key.
