Make sure Forms 3rdparty Integration is installed and settings have been saved at least once.
Activate this plugin
Navigate to GF entry management list /wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_entries .
Choose an entry — either resend via quick links (hover, appears beneath) or from edit page
