Last Order Viewer Tracker helps WooCommerce teams see who most recently opened an order, when it was viewed, and whether it needs attention. All functions are included without a license key or external licensing service. Features Last Viewed column with administrator/shop manager label, timestamp, and full/preview indicator. Supports order preview popups and full order edit screens. Compatible with classic WooCommerce order storage and HPOS. Configurable order activity tracking: both full and preview, full only, or preview only. Color-coded activity indicators based on configurable elapsed-hour thresholds (since order creation if never viewed; otherwise since the last view). Sortable Last Viewed column in WooCommerce Orders. Internal short comments (up to 150 characters), stored with each order. Optional email notifications for newly created orders that have never been viewed . Single alert or repeating alerts, with configurable hours and minutes. Settings under WooCommerce > Last Order Viewer Tracker. Optional, permanently dismissible DITS support notice on the plugin settings screen only. A Contact us popup links to support and other solutions on user request. AJAX-based view updates in the admin without a reload of the order list. Translation-ready and includes local Ukrainian and Russian language files. How the email alerts work Email alerts are off by default and must be enabled by an administrator. Only orders created after notifications were enabled qualify. Orders that have already been viewed are skipped, including records stored by earlier versions. Checking for due alerts uses WP-Cron approximately every 15 minutes (it depends on site traffic and server cron configuration). The minimum allowed delay is one minute, but actual delivery timing depends on WP-Cron and the site’s email configuration. Privacy The plugin stores the administrative viewer’s user label, ID, timestamp and optional internal order comments in your WordPress/WooCommerce database. Email notifications are sent only when enabled, to the configured email recipients, through WordPress wp_mail() and the site’s mail infrastructure. The notification email may include the customer’s billing name, order ID/status and internal comment. This plugin does not connect to a third-party license server and does not include external tracking or telemetry. The DITS Admin UI support notice is displayed only on the plugin settings screen, can be dismissed permanently per administrator (stored as WordPress user meta), and does not perform background external requests. External support and plugin listing pages on dits.agency open only if an administrator clicks their links.

Is a license key required? No. All order activity features are included in the free version. Will my existing Last Viewed data be kept when updating from 1.0.4? Yes. The original _user_last_viewed order metadata is retained and read by this version. New activity also uses WooCommerce CRUD order metadata for HPOS compatibility. Are historical orders emailed on upgrade? No. Alerts are disabled by default for new installs, and when first enabled or upgraded, the monitoring window starts from that point onward. Already viewed orders are not alerted. Can I receive alerts after five minutes? You can configure minutes, but WordPress WP-Cron checks approximately every 15 minutes; notifications are not guaranteed to arrive at the exact minute.
