Frequently asked questions.

Which eCommerce platforms are supported?

RewardsWP works seamlessly with both WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. These are the two most popular eCommerce solutions for WordPress, so you’re covered whether you’re selling physical products or digital downloads.

Does RewardsWP work alongside AffiliateWP?

Yes! RewardsWP and AffiliateWP are designed to work together perfectly. While AffiliateWP manages your professional affiliate program (with bloggers, influencers, and marketing partners), RewardsWP handles your customer loyalty and referral program. They’re complementary solutions from the same trusted team.

How does the loyalty points system work?

Customers earn points for actions you define – purchases, signing up, their first order, leaving product reviews, and referring friends. They can then redeem accumulated points for discounts on future orders. You control the earning rates and redemption values.

Can I customize what points are called?

Yes! With RewardsWP Pro, you can change “Points” to anything you like – Stars, Coins, Credits, Gems, or whatever fits your brand. Both singular and plural forms are customizable.

Is there a limit to how many members can join my program?

No! RewardsWP allows unlimited members, unlimited rewards, and unlimited referrals. There are no artificial caps.

Do I need coding knowledge to use RewardsWP?

Not at all. RewardsWP includes a guided setup wizard and intuitive settings pages. No coding is required to launch a fully-featured rewards program.

What’s the difference between this version and Pro?

This version includes a loyalty points system, referral program, rewards widget, program dashboard, and email notifications.

RewardsWP Pro adds VIP tiers, birthday rewards, friend rewards, points expiration, point branding, advanced reward types, advanced analytics, CSV exports, and priority support.

Can I run a VIP or tiered loyalty program?

Yes, with RewardsWP Pro. VIP Tiers lets you create tiers that customers reach by total amount spent, points earned, or completed referrals. Each tier can give a points multiplier, an entry reward, and perks you choose.

How do customers see their points and rewards?

Customers interact with your rewards program through a beautiful floating widget that appears on your site. They can view their points balance, available rewards, referral link, full points and referral activity history, and redeem their points – all without leaving the page.

Can customers refer friends?

Yes! RewardsWP includes a referral program with shareable referral links, social sharing to Facebook, X, and Email, and advocate rewards when referrals make a purchase. RewardsWP Pro adds friend rewards, which gives the referred friend a discount on their first purchase.

Does RewardsWP work with my theme?

RewardsWP is designed to work with any WordPress theme.

Where can I get support?

For the lite version, please use the WordPress.org support forums . Pro customers get priority email support through their RewardsWP account.

I’d like access to all features. How can I get them?

You can get access to more features and support by upgrading to our Pro version . Purchasing a Pro license gets you access to the full version of RewardsWP, automatic updates, priority support, and many more features!
