Assign an owner to exceptions

Decide who reviews newly added products and how temporary campaign exceptions are handled. Check whether an out-of-stock product should remain visible and explain that choice in the collection experience.

Review the destination on a phone, with sorting and filters applied. The collection is ready when its contents match the promise in its title and description, including the awkward borderline cases.
