Why you’ll love it
Set up in minutes : paste your MailerLite API key and you’re connected. No developers, no code.
Your groups load automatically : choose which MailerLite group new subscribers join, right inside the form editor.
Map any field : send names, phone numbers, and MailerLite fields straight from your form.
Built-in opt-in : add a consent checkbox and ClickSyncr adds the subscriber when a visitor ticks it, and sends nothing at all when they leave it unticked.
Subscriber status control : choose Active, Unconfirmed, or defer to your MailerLite account’s double opt-in setting, per form.
No duplicate subscribers : existing subscribers are updated and new ones are added, every single time.
A setup for every form : each form can sync to a different group with its own field mapping, in every supported builder.
Sync health at a glance : an admin-bar menu shows every configured form’s sync counts and the last error, if any.
Lightweight and fast : built to WordPress standards, so it never slows your site down.
You stay in control : you decide exactly what data is sent, and to which group.

External service: MailerLite
This plugin connects to MailerLite, the email marketing service, to sync your form submissions with your MailerLite account.
When data is sent: when you connect your API key, when your groups and fields load in the form editor, and when a visitor submits a form you’ve configured with ClickSyncr. At that point their form data (email and any mapped fields) is sent to MailerLite.
What is sent: your MailerLite API key (to authenticate), the subscriber’s email address and any fields you choose to map, and the group you select.
By using this plugin you agree to MailerLite’s Privacy Policy . You are responsible for complying with applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR) and for obtaining consent from your visitors before their data is collected and sent to MailerLite.
External services
Diagnostic sharing is on by default and can be turned off in the Advanced section of any connected form. It sends software versions, aggregate configuration and delivery counts, and random installation/device identifiers to Signls. It excludes contact/submission values and credentials. See privacy details .
This plugin connects to MailerLite. When you connect, refresh or open a configured form’s settings, it authenticates with your API key and requests the available lists, fields and account settings. A configured form submission sends the email address and the fields you map to your selected destination. A test submission sends the test address and configured fields. Subscription and consent settings determine whether a submission is sent.

Privacy
ClickSyncr does not set tracking cookies or send visitor IP addresses to a geolocation service. If you map context fields, the mapped page URL, IP address, browser information or submission time is sent to MailerLite. Optional sender context adds the page, form, time and browser to the site owner’s notification email. API credentials, form settings and sync counters are stored in your WordPress database. Administrators can enable a local diagnostic log with redacted personal data. ClickSyncr does not receive your form submissions.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I need a MailerLite account?
Yes. You’ll need an active MailerLite account and an API key to sync your subscribers.
Which form builders are supported?
Contact Form 7 , WPForms , Gravity Forms , Ninja Forms , Fluent Forms , Formidable Forms , and Forminator . At least one of them must be installed and activated.
Where do I find my MailerLite API key?
Log in to MailerLite and go to Integrations > API, then generate a new API token.
Can I map custom fields?
Yes. Map any form field to your MailerLite subscriber fields, including your account’s custom fields.
How does the opt-in consent field work?
Pick a consent field (a checkbox, acceptance, or radio) from your form. When a visitor ticks it, the subscriber is sent to MailerLite; if they leave it unticked, nothing is sent at all, so nobody is added without agreeing. Leave it as “None” to use the subscriber status you chose for the form.
Does it work with MailerLite double opt-in?
Yes. Choose “Use MailerLite account setting” as the subscriber status and MailerLite decides: with double opt-in enabled, new subscribers get a confirmation email and become Active when they confirm.
Will it create duplicate subscribers?
No. If a subscriber already exists, ClickSyncr updates them. If not, it adds a new one, and it never removes a subscriber from groups they’re already in.
Can I use different settings for different forms?
Yes. Every form has its own ClickSyncr for MailerLite – Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable & Forminator setup, so each can sync to a different group.
