To manually install the Disable WP Emojis plugin:

Upload disable-wp-emojis directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

If you are installing the plugin through the admin panel:

Go to add new plugin page and search for Disable WP Emojis.
Install the plugin and then activate the plugin.
