Not so easy way (via FTP) :

1. 06Download the Generate Child Theme
2. 07Unarchive Generate Child Theme plugin
3. 08Copy folder with generate-child-theme.zip
4. 09Open the ftp \wp-content\plugins\
5. 10Paste the plug-ins folder in the folder
6. 11Go to admin panel => open item “Plugins” => activate Generate Child Theme
7. 12Go to Generate Child Theme from Dashboard menu
