To install just follow the installation steps of most WordPress plugin’s:

e.g.

Download the file post-useful.zip;
Unzip the file on your computer;
Upload folder post-useful, you just unzip to /wp-content/plugins/ directory;
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress;
