Postmark Open to EDD Customer Note

Sets up a REST endpoint to be used by Postmark’s Open Webhook to log opens of Postmark-delivered (via Postmark Approved) messages as Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) Customer Notes

Requires both Postmark Approved (with an accurate Server API key) and Easy Digital Downloads (2.6+) to be installed and active

For an automatic installation through WordPress:

1. 01Go to the ‘Add New’ plugins screen in your WordPress admin area
2. 02Search for ‘Postmark Open to EDD Customer Note’
3. 03Click ‘Install Now’ and activate the plugin

For a manual installation via FTP:

1. 04Upload the postmark-open-to-edd-customer-note directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
2. 05Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in your WordPress admin area

To upload the plugin through WordPress, instead of FTP:

1. 06Upload the downloaded zip file on the ‘Add New’ plugins screen (see the ‘Upload’ tab) in your WordPress admin area and activate.
