🤖 AI-Powered Review Features
🧠 AI Review Summary Automatically generates a 2–3 sentence intelligent summary of all reviews for each product. Powered by Claude AI. Shoppers instantly understand what other customers love — without reading 50 reviews. Summaries are cached for 7 days and auto-refresh when new reviews come in.
😊 AI Sentiment Badge Every approved review is automatically tagged as 😊 Positive, 😐 Mixed, or 😞 Negative using AI analysis. Badges appear in the admin review dashboard so you can quickly spot unhappy customers — and optionally on the product page so shoppers can filter by sentiment. Batch-analyse all existing reviews in one click.
