Installation
- 01Donwload plugin zip file.
- 02Upload plugin file from Administrator menu “Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin”.
- 03Activate the plugin.
Usage
- 04Add a new “Diagnosis” from the WordPress admin menu.
- 05Register your questions, choices with scores, and result ranges.
- 06Insert the shortcode [simpdi id=”72″] into any post or page.
- 07Once published, the quiz form will appear and run entirely on a single page.
