Write Delivery-Cutoff Messages from Fulfillment Evidence, Not a Countdown Timer

Example: made-to-order products join a promotion

A campaign focused on stocked products may accidentally include items that need production time. Check the actual promoted selection and its fulfillment rules. Where the supported timeline differs, use product-specific information or narrow the campaign rather than hiding the exception in an unrelated policy page.

Maintain the cutoff after launch

Assign someone to update or remove time-sensitive statements. Test the message after the cutoff and for an unsupported destination. Keep the source of the fulfillment estimate in the campaign notes so later editors understand what can safely be promised.

Can a countdown continue if the fulfillment estimate becomes uncertain?

Review the underlying promise immediately. A timer cannot make an uncertain dispatch or delivery commitment reliable. Update the message through the approved operational process and keep support informed so the page, campaign and customer response reflect the same current conditions.
