Reproduce responses arriving out of order
Instant search often sends several requests while someone types. A slower response for an earlier query can arrive after a newer response and overwrite the correct results. Throttling typing alone does not establish that responses will return in order.
Use a slow-network test and search terms that produce visibly different results. Record which query each request and rendered result belong to.
