Start with 100 analyses each month
The free Review Intelligence service includes 100 analyses per store each month. This allowance is shared by your first analysis of existing reviews, analysis of new reviews, and any fresh reanalysis you request. The allowance resets on the first day of each month, using UTC.
Previously analyzed reviews are skipped during onboarding. Requesting a fresh analysis of a review uses another analysis. An analysis counts once the service accepts it for processing; checking its progress does not use more of your allowance.
When you reach your limit, your existing insights and manual moderation tools remain available. You can analyze more reviews after your allowance resets. The upgrade button lets you express interest in a future paid plan. It does not charge you or change your plan.
You’re in control
Activating the plugin does not send your reviews for analysis. You first choose to connect your store after reviewing the usage and privacy information. Automatic approval is off by default. You can manage automatic analysis and moderation in Settings.
Review analysis uses an external service operated by ZeusInLabs. You need WooCommerce and a public HTTPS store to connect. See External services below for details about the information shared.

Review Intelligence, operated by ZeusInLabs, connects your store, processes review analysis, and tracks your monthly allowance.
When you choose to connect, the plugin sends your store name, public website address, and secure connection details. The service checks that the website belongs to your store.
